I am Liz
My life’s work is dedicated to creating spaces where individuals, teams, and communities can safely explore their complexities. I believe that within every challenge lies a profound opportunity for growth, connection, and lasting peace. It is my privilege to walk that path with you.
Knowledge
I operate from a foundational understanding that our past experiences shape our present realities. My approach is always rooted in safety, trust, and empowerment, ensuring that our work together fosters healing rather than re-traumatization. We move at the speed of trust.
With a Master’s degree in Conflict Transformation, I bring a strategic and structured lens to complex situations. I utilize proven frameworks for dialogue, mediation, and reconciliation to not only resolve current conflicts but to build sustainable systems for future harmony and collaboration.
I believe that sometimes the most profound truths are expressed without words. I integrate photography, narrative work, music, and painting as powerful tools for processing experiences, unlocking creativity, and building bridges of understanding where words alone may fall short.
