Vinyasa Yoga -Group Class

Join Elizabeth Valverde-Bartlett for an invigorating Vinyasa Yoga class. In this dynamic session, you’ll synchronize breath with movement, seamlessly transitioning through a series of poses designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. Elizabeth’s guidance will help you connect deeply with your body, allowing you to find your rhythm and flow. All levels are welcome to experience this practice.

Vinyasa classes are Wednesday’s at 5:30pm and Saturday at 9am. All classes are one hour. Note that I need to know in advance for the Saturday class if you are interested because it is outside of store hours.
